Michael Eshaghian is a registered patent attorney who was trained in one of the world’s most distinguished law firms. Michael has experience representing clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and related business disputes. His technical background makes him well-equipped to handle high-tech matters, and his work has involved technologies as diverse as semiconductor fabrication, computer bus architecture, two-way radios, networking devices, cloud storage, medical imaging, spinal implants, telecom networks, location tracking, and cryptocurrency.
Michael studied mechanical engineering at UCLA, where he graduated cum laude and was awarded the Pratt and Whitney Rocketdyne Scholarship in recognition of his high achievement. He then graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, after which he worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Los Angeles as a patent litigator. He later transitioned to a boutique IP firm in Century City where he managed an array of patent, copyright, trademark, and consumer fraud cases.
Michael’s experience in IP law—and our court system—was also shaped while externing for the Honorable George H. King in the United States District Court in the Central District of California.
In his free time, Michael enjoys designing board games, playing racquetball, playing the violin, and learning about NFTs, blockchain, and web3.
